She will dive into how to communicate effectively to community participants throughblogging, particularly from Jim Groom and Lauren Brumfield’s website. And finally she will lookat how Slack facilitates internal communication within Reclaim Hosting to keep everyone ontrack through channels like ‘Monitoring’ and ‘Support’.
