Cancellations made in writing on or before 31 January 2018 will be eligible for a full refund minus a £50 cancellation charge. Substitutions are allowed if made in writing by email before 10 March 2018.

There are many accommodation options near the venue and we recommend you book early. Nearby hotels, within a 10 min walk, include Ibis Bristol Centre, The Bristol Hotes, Brooks Guest House, Marchant Almshouse, Mercure Brigstow Bristol and a little further afield the Berkeley Square Hotel.
